Do the workstation event logs show any errors when the array looses data, also what is the memory allocation during the process, memory leak?.

I know the app is poorly written and has major flaws. What they pay doesn't begin to compensate me for the work involved. It's so convoluted and difficult to maintain that I've really considered walking away from it-- but that just isn't the way I do business.
