It's not a country really, but 2 countries (England & Scotland - as UK says, united kingdom), a principality and a province.

Oh of course, yes! I remember remarking on it when I was in Ontario, and the fact that their provintial flag still is just the Union Flag (I think). Canada is such a confusing collection of provinces :-)
