What correlation exists between the number of lines of code and whether something qualifies as a class? For instance, by making it a class, would'nt the maintenance burden be reduced? For example, moving the control would'nt be a pain. What about re-usuability?

Just some thoughts here.. I just don't see how the quantity of code is relevant.
