Making people beleive you have weapons doesn't mean you actually have them. Disinformation is
sowed all the time. No great secret here. Do you attack soley on this?

It's the responsibility of the Commander in Chief to know if the WMD's really existed before he
ordered this war. Truth is, he didn't really want to know. Weapons or not, we were goint to attack.
