I have used Norton AntiVirus for many years, just about all versions since the DOS days and have never had a problem with any OS, Norton or FoxPro versions.
I am currently running VFP 6 and 9 with XP Pro SP2, Norton Security 2005 with NAV v11.5.7.2.
