Ouch!!! I think you sell some of us short. It's not that we're too lazy or lack the skills to code an OOP menu; in my case, it's the fact that not having OOP menus disturbs my sense of balance in that almost all other tools in VFP *are* OOP. If a language is OOP, all major components should expose methods and properties. That's not an unreasonable concept, is it?

Why not? MS people read the UT from time to time...and this is the best place to read threads on the opinions of the best Fox brains on the planet regarding a bitch, complain, or whine topic.
