It seems to be a spotty state by state thing. Here in Illinois the sale of fireworks is illegal, but they are legal in both Indiana and Wisconsin. I take Highway 12 back and forth between Illinois and Wisconsin frequently and have noticed in the past week or so that two large fireworks tents, one on either side of the road, are up and operating about 50 feet on the Wisconsin side of the line [lol]. In fact I may stop in there on the way back this evening for munitions....
