Does the problem happen on one workstation or all.
As it is very intermittent could it be power, stick a UPS on the workstation and see what happens.
>As far as I can tell remotely, no error logs are created. The app has a very heavy-handed error handler that makes no attempt to recover from any condition. It just shuts the application down. I can change the array name with a bit of work but I'm just not completely sure that's the only problem... I sometimes wish I'd never seen this app.
