I have tried this and it didn't ALWAYS seem to work.
It didn't generate any errors but sometimes the
entire grid would be blank (no data displayed).

If I would remove
>Grid.Column2.Controlsource="Table2.Field2"
then the data from Table1.Field1 would display.

It seemed to be a hit or miss.
