Rightmouse click on the C: drive in my computer, go to properties, then security, then advanced. You want to "take ownership" and also make sure it changes the subfolder ownership properties. This should fix the problem.

If you don't see "Security" in the properties, you will need to go to the Tools>Folder Options>View on the menu and scroll to the bottom. Uncheck "use simple file sharing"
