I am not sure what you are reading in the QuickStart. There is no need to put files directly into the main application folder. I keep all of my tests and related files in a sub-folder called Tests. Also, I keep the FoxUnit application itself in a FoxUnit folder that is separate from any individual application. Both of these folders are the FoxPro path during development.

When creating a new test in FoxUnit you will need to designate a current test directory.

I'll gladly try to address any questions about setting up FoxUnit.
