Go look it up, Evan, there's plenty of it out there. I will not be so daft as to say it conclusively indicated active WMD programs, but there were plenty of questions regarding Iraq's non-compliance in many areas. There are still questions regarding large quantities of missing nerve and biological agents. It may only mean that the Iraqis were sloppy bookkeepers, but when it comes to WMDs those kind of questions shouldn't be answered with shoulder shrugs.
