A word of warning here - I had to build a setup where all the runtimes go with the app (this was for multiple single users) because there was often just a couple of users of this app, but they may access it from anywhere in the network, using roaming profiles. Roaming profile does not include a path to common files directory on the machine where the app is installed, so a VFP exe wouldn't find them. The only way to avoid this was to install all the runtimes into the app's directory.
