I have been working today again on the case. I have requested a meeting with our local depute, as recommended by many who worked on this case. We are also going public with the medias shortly.

Bottom line, even if the judge would give a verdict in favor of the Canadian government, in the Alberta case, this would still represent that something is wrong in the legislation. It simply doesn't make any sense to charge tax to foreign customers.
