Indeed ClickOnce Concept is the way for my problem, but there are some queries regarding ClickOnce, may be you can anwser them

1)I have decided for network click once strategy, but whenever any of my clients try to run the application it does not run bcoz it looks for administrator rights, how to make sure that each and every user gets to run the application.

2)what is the signature option in the click once strategy, and why it is used?

3)Can you explain in brief on what concept clickonce technology works
