I have an application that allows the user to open the FoxPro Report Designer and edit report forms. Is there any way that I can control where the designer's toolbars are placed when the report form is opened and/or whether or not they are docked? I would like them to come up the same way (preferably docked) every time a report form is opened, regardless of what state they were in when the last report form was closed. The report form has to be opened without the NOWAIT condition, so I can't issue any commands after the MODIFY REPORT to manipulate the toolbars.

In versions prior to FoxPro 9, I was able to control the placement of the toolbars by replacing the settings saved in FOXUSER.DBF; however this no longer seems to work in the same manner.
