I doubt it. Most of the police forces like to standardize their equipment. The rationale being, if one of your officers goes down, you can use his/her clips in your weapon. Also, they say if you run out of ammo someone can throw you a loaded clip. I've always been dubious about that. If I'm in a firefight and my fellow officer hasn't been able to hit what he/she was shooting at, hmmmm. Just kidding.
