hello, all. Please forgive me if I'm not following proper netieqette (or however it's spelled!). I'm working with FoxPro 2.6 for Windows (it's what we have at work, upgrading isn't the first option). I have been having two problems with a program I wrote that nothing seems to solve. Problem one is with calling the standard windows (such as from REPORT..PROMPT), while also trying to first open another window to write a few words of explanation. I open my first window, write some text with the @ SAY commands, and then call my REPORT command. Problem is, the text in the first window doesn't ever get written. Actually, sometimes it does, most times it doesn't. I don't see that I'm doing anything wrong, I feel this is probably a bug in FoxPro 2.6. But is there a clever way around it? I've tried several things. OK, next problem. There are commands/variables within FoxPro for specifying the starting and ending pages numbers for a report (_PBPAGE, _PEPAGE), but I don't know how to use them. Does anyone know? This feature sure would beat using the REPORT...PROMPT option, which presents all sorts of problems in how I've set up my program.

Thanks to anyone who can help me, an email response would be greatly appreciated.
