That's a legal cencorship. I said in there before time and again; there's a hard cencorship on TV and newspapers. It's beginning at internet now... We're living Fahrenheit 451 actually... :)

It has emerged that Louis Vuitton is suing Google for copyright infringement; the third such case made against the search engine giant this year.

Louis Vuitton's decision is in response to Google's practice of allowing companies to pay for links to particular words and phrases, even if they are registered trademarks.

Bosses at the popular French fashion firm filed the lawsuit against Google on August 6. Lawyers for both parties are due to meet early in November for a preliminary hearing in Paris.

Earlier this month Google was made to pay damages of £52,000 to a French travel agency that has legal rights to 'Bourse des Vols'; a term used by Google in paid advertisement links.

The increased action being taken against Google for trademark infringement is set to end the use of copyrighted terms in paid searches and change the way advertising is sold on the Internet.
