The easiest thing to do is to define two printers in windows - one using the top bin and one using the lower bin and then disable the other bin in both printer definitions in windows. Then just select that printer when printing.

There is code here on the UT which allows for programmatically selecting a printer tray in VFP via the windows api (so the vfp report can go to a specific paper tray) but I haven't done this in word using automation...

>My client has purchased an HP 2430 printer with 2 automatic feed bins. The upper one holds letterhead and the lower one plain paper. The application generates 8 documents in Word using VBA. I have defined wdPrinterUpperBin as 1 and tried a number of methods of directing output to it but the letters always go to the lower bin. Does anyone have a suggestion that has worked for them?
