No, my code has very few.. It's largely a rather sophisticated SQL statement that uses the 2 parameters and generates a report that can be viewed and/or printed. Nothing very earthshaking really.
Good point about array name being set to a value--had forgotten about that. I don't think that happens but will search for it. Still, the far more common instance is just the numeric values. The odd part of that is one of them is never referenced in the application (I haven't figured out why it's even there) and the other two are attached to radio buttons on the form and rarely changed from their default value of 1. There'd be no logical reason to set them equal to the PK.
