Every time I start up VFP8, there is no intellisense in the command window. If I click on the Tools->IntelliSense Manager menu option, I receive the error message:

Your FoxCode IntelliSense table (foxcode.dbf) is missing. Without it, IntellisenSense may not function. Would you like to restore it?

I click "Yes" and then "OK" in the IntelliSense Manager dialogue box. Then IntelliSense works fine (until the next time I start up VFP). This does not happen when I start up VFP9 on the same PC.

What's the problem and how do I fix this annoyance?
