Hi Dan, good to hear from you!
In this case though, it appears that the answer is more like, "I'm sorry, I can't let you do that..." I've spent hours on the phone with HP. You'd think someone there would know how to reference the paper tray from an application. They can give me escape codes for the trays but escape codes are not very helpful from within a Windows app. There should be a numeric ID for the tray. I can't use the Windows API code from here because I'm not on the network. I don't know if I'm brave enough to let a client run it and I'm sure not going to drive over there to run it myself until after the holiday!
