I have assigned hot key to all menu Items, Shortcut keys to selective menus and a customizable Toolbar to which user can add any menu Item.

1. Short Key doesn't work when the menu is active. Users find it frustrating. is there a solution?
2. Can I make a menu Hotkey appear in Red Colour instead of Underlined?
