You can access the Files section without being a Premier member on UT. Just click on the cabinet icon on the left. To download the DriveInfo class, click on Classes-VCX and chose DriveInformation class (the 11th in the list).

But the Premier membership is very useful because it allows you to search all messages since the begining of UT. The search can be done on multiple criteria. Probably the most useful is the search on key words. This way, you can see all messages that discuss a certain problem and usually find a solution very fast. There are some other advantages for members, but, probably, the search is the most important one.
