I'm suggesting you bind to the cursor not the view. You'll have to provide synching logic to push the cursor data back into the view when it can reconnect.

>Not sure what you're proposing. There are GUI controls bound to the view. I want to reconnect the view to the SQL server, without the controls beeing disconnected from the view.
