>>>I live near Edmonton (way up north where it's supposed to be cooler) Two days in a row it's +33C here. It's really humid too. The last time it was like this we had an F5 tornado. Someone tell Al Gore to turn down the furnace. >>> >>>So? Enjoy your three weeks of summer. Cold weather is coming soon. >>> >>>(Miami, 32C and humid - spent time at the beach yesterday :) >> >>Before this warming thing, all we had for weather was ten months of winter and two months of bad sledding. For Floridians, Sledding is what is done on snow. It involves a sled with runners which slide on the snow surface thus carrying the sled rider. Generally, sledding is done on a hill. During the two bad months, we wait for snow then, we sled. > > >'K. I get it (I think). You just threw a bunch of foreign concepts. I have to ask as we don't have anything similar around here. What's snow? What's a hill?
A hill may often be the opposite of a low place such as swampland. In spite of what your Venesualen (sic) friends tell you, snow is a simply a gathering of water crystals. Y'know, life was so much better during the cold war when the Russians were operating their weather machine.
I ain't skeert of nuttin eh? Yikes! What was that?
