Yes I know that because tracert is going only to the DNS or ISP-router, I think. But the speed is something other than John Harvey have - I tought that you guys have even golden streets there in States unlike we European have asphalted streets only and DSL speed you have is something that we have to own fiber optics to reach your speed :)))
