No I was just putting Bonnie right.

Personally I wanted Portugal to win the Cup, for several reasons:
- They haven't won it before.
- As they beat us the power to their elbow
- I didn't want the French to win cos then they'd be so superior, having won it once more than us
- I didn't want Italy cos they've already won it thrice
- I didn't want Germany cos they've already won it thrice ... and ... sour grapes

Incidentally, years ago Liverpool played a French team, Ste Etienne at home. St E wear green. The Kop picked up their song of "Allez les Verts" and adopted the song to themselves, thereafter "Allez les Rouges"
