The other solution is to use Outlook Redemption if you are using Outlook Automation, but my personal preferred solution is to use CDO because you do not need a workaround to get around that Draconian security patch from h*ll.

Click yes has the advantage that is does not cost anything - Outlook Redemption does. However, Redemption gives you more functionality than just getting around the security patch.
