In Internet Explorer, it is possible to modify the font size on a web page from the "View/Text Size" menu option. Does anyone have any idea what the equivalent percentage change in screen resolution might be for changing the web page font size from size to size in this manner?

For ASP.NET web pages, I would like to use this method to quickly approximate a change in screen resolution to see what the page would look like at different screen resolutions as a first level approximation w/o having to actually change my screen resolution.
