My favorites are the one's which show Winchester being human. The best example I can remember is "Pieces for the Left Hand" with the actor who later played Hart in Paper Chase.

One of his better lines was in an early episode. In the closing bit he puts a rubber snake in Hawkeye's bed and murmers "Please.....Motzart" after the screaming.
