Hi Arto,
The spamers "spoof" the From address in emails to make people belive that emails come from some legitimate addresses when in fact such emails are send either from temporary/stoled email accounts or from PCs infected with computer worms. As result, it's pointless to complain to the people/companies that supposedly sent email to you because they didn't.
There're a few ways to cut spam down
Keep your email address private and share only with people you trust
For public use get email account from one of free email providers. I use Gmail (gmail.com). They have pretty good spam filters.
If you want to keep your existing email addres, than get some spam filtering software. Keep in mind that it's not 100% accurate.

Spam is about my bet, I have won some item but not payed, and I have even ever entered to the eBay. Then I want to report of spam but I can't do that because I'm not registered member and I can't register because there is no eBay in Finland and there is no option to register in other countries as a finnish citizen. Should I ignore OR shoud I assail Interpol or what I should do? Any similiar things?
