The property specifies does controls use XP theme design in XP or use old-style design. XP themes use graphics resource dll to customize look of most standard controls.
The only reason to set it to false is compatibility issues.
Some old user interfaces need minor modification to support XP themes. This is especially about pageframes where BackStyle for most controls must be set to transparent.
/A new technology turns into completely outdated stuff before you have a time to read "Getting Started..." section.
/If there are some "system programmers" then others are unsystematic.
