as Michel said in VFP5.0 there isn't the problem of making the VFP screen not apear the only problem is the initial load time
as the splash screen won't show before the first line of code is run
so it takes a couple of seconds (or more depending on your system)

Michel,
yep u still want to use a C/Delphi program to put on the splash screen
and more importantely to prevent a 2nd copy from fireing
