Just found it (I started this message 20 minutes ago :o))))))
You must manualy register VPORTAL2.DLL
regsrv32 "c:\program files\common files\logitech\qcdriver\vportal2.dll"
Than it must appears in ActiveX controls (Tools->Options->Controls) as VideoPortal Class. Just check it set as default and insert it in a Form. Than you could play with it. I have no camera here to test. Whan I get home I will try to test it. But my camera is not Logitech.
