There is a hugh, massive difference. Documents describing the neocons desire to create a regime change in Iraq are freely available. The evidence that certain people, Cheney in particular, ignored evidence to the contrary on Iraq is freely available.

History is ripe with consipiracy theories. Pearl Harbor, World Trade Towers collapse, release of kidnap victims from Iran back in the Reagan/Bush days....yada, yada, yada.

This is not the case.
