Add a report variable, Order_Total, and have it calculate the total of the extended line totals. That is, Initial Value = 0, Value to Store = qty_Select*Unit_Price, Calculate-Sum.

In the Group Footer, use:

Misc_Chg + Sales_Tax + Frt_Chg + Order_Total

with no calculation set.
