Does StrToFile when working in "append" mode automatically handle locking conflicts in a multiple user environment? For example, if you have a multithreaded COM DLL handling web requests and within the DLL you use StrToFile to simply append a line of text to a log file, does the function itself automatically handle concurrency issues that can happen on a busy web site?
