I've seen the AAA holes in the ground, where they've dug themselves in - there were about six of them in a line, spaced about 500m - and none of them were used, except at night. And after satellite spotting, switch to a different hole at random. Not to mention fake plywood bridges, tanks and airplanes which were built by hundreds. Luck was such that from all the assets they had in Kosovo, one truck was shot and one tank was somewhat damaged. The rest was in perfect order.

IOW, the hi-tech targeting technology was hacked by hammer, nails and paint.
