This is an outright plug, but you might seriously want to consider using a third party tool for Help generation. Html Help Workshop is difficult to work with, cryptic as heck and buggy on top of it. It works reasonably well to compile just a preexisting Html site, but it's horrible for creating full help content especially if it needs to be context sensitive in your app.

I'm biased since my company sells West Wind Html Help Builder (www.west-wind.com/wwhelp) which provides a number of FoxPro specific features, but other toools like RoboHelp, Doc To Help and a few others too will make your life much easier. If your time is valuable to you and you need to create content and map it, you really should check out some of the other options.

Just a thought... seeing that you're struggling with a simple thing like embedding an anchor into a topic <g> (to no fault of your own)...
