Is is true that there are no poisonous snakes in New Zealand, most New Zealanders have an 'anti-rich' attitude (see it as vulgar), most New Zealanders are extreme environmentalists, one can earn US$2,400/per month on the dole, medicine is socialized, indigenous residents get preferential treatment (Maori?) get preferential treatment, higher education is basic free except for a small fee, prostitutes are available from the yellow pages, church attendance is low, most citizens are loyalists deep down and frown at libertarianism, tax is 19.5% ->38,000/yr, 33%->60,000/yr (US$30,000) and everything above 39% (although social security is included in that and not separate like it is in the states), and sales tax is 12.5%?

What is the exchange rate? Is it still something like 1->.6? (Or 1 US$=1.6Nz?)
