Court??? What court??? Who said anything about you having a right to a trial or representation? :o) Remember, you won't even be in this country and no one but a small group of people in the CIA and a few military units and security units will know of your location.

The problem here is not that his is happening, because it IS, but rather that it has been happening for years and years and years... At least as far back as 1981 that I am aware of. Now everything that has been going on for so long is being brought out into the open and the current administration is being blamed.

If we want it to stop, then we need to just stop it. Or once again, cover our eyes and stick our heads in the sand...

If the government wants to sift through it to identify possible terrorists, fine. They're going after terrorists, not me. And even if they did come after me, they would need to have all their legal ducks in a row when we went to court.
