I suspct the issue is one of legal responsibility. Click Yes by-passes the security patch so that if your client wound up ith an e-mail virus, he could conceivably take legal action against you.

Redemption does not by-pass the security patch - it implements the extended MAPI interfaces to handle this instead of having a little homonculus sitting there clicking yes.
