I suspect that cdo is not configured properly on the local machine that you ae sending from.

The easiest was to make sure that CDO is configured properly is to install and configure Outlook Express on that computer. You do not ever have to use OE, just configuring it corretly is enought to create the correct registry entries for the CDO configuration object.
