Thank you. I was able to export fields in csv format after selecting all contacts. Wonder if you can automate Palm Desktop, so user doesn;t have to do anything except run an external program?

The complete picture is that I have created a program that prints a contact list in a format suitable for binding into a phonebook pocket reference. Now I want to automate the process of importing data from my Palm Treo and printing the booklet.

Thanks for the help.

It turns out that exporting it into vcf format is more useful than csv because it indicates the field name. I still need to learn how to automate Palm Desktop. Any help is welcome.

Tahnks again.
