Well, yeah I turned it off for anyone who works for a public defenders office. That's only fair since I work for a Sheriff's Office and am currently assigned to the attorney general's office anti gang unit.<g>

Actually, it probably has to do with that netscape thing you are using. Some people have said they couldn't download using the latest version of Netscape, while older versions work. I noticed someone posted it here on the UT under knowledge base, so you should be able to get it there.
