I created a minimal runtime using InstallShield Express. I get the following message dialog when some, not all, programs start from my application menu using the runtime created by InstallShield:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the Visual FoxPro 7.0 Professional-English disk and click Ok." Continue or Cancel

If I continuously click cancel, the program starts and runs just fine.

This problem seems to be happening with programs that use the TreeView ActiveX component from Microsoft Common Controls (mscomctl.ocx). I did not include mscomctl.ocx in the Merge files of the InstallShield configuration that created the runtime. Could this be the cause of the above error message? What other situations might cause this message to appear?
