Hummm, well, I have to try it myself.
In Opera, only the main HTML page is saved - not very useful. Even if I say, save everything.
In Internet Explorer, the entire article is saved. I have to save each article individually, if that is what you mean. Both options - save everything, and save everything into a single file - seem to save all required data.
