Hi John,

It's not a SET EXCLUSIVE issue because you can have tables opened in both computers.

Try next:

1) Open VFP, start your APP
2) Open a second instance of VFP in the same computer, start your APP

Try now the situation making that error, does it happens now? I Tested similiar situation you have within same computer and two VFP instance -> no error.

Also you may have RLOCK() somewhere locking the record you are trying to deleted. You can test it as follows: just before deleting a record in the second PC (and having an error) suspend the APP in the first PC and give UNLOCK ALL command in that PC then continue to delete in the second PC, do you have still an error?
